The students of B.Sc.(Science & Microbiology) students of S.D. College of Commerce, Muzaffarnagar took an industrial visit to the Bio Gas Plant located at Khatauli, which is operated by M/s. PS Green Gas and IGL. College Principal Dr. Sachin Goel sent off all the teachers and students for the tour with best wishes. On reaching the plant, the manager there Deepak Som welcomed all the students and teachers and gave information about the plant.

The main objective of the program was to inform the new teachers about the curriculum framework of Maa Shakumbhari Vishwavidyalaya and the importance of developing a professional workforce to prepare professional and compassionate teachers and also organized a cultural program on the auspicious occasion of Diwali.
